FOUND: GJELINA (hard to spell, easy to digest)

Heading to Gjelina tonight with S & K.... our Fav.

Needless to say I have the menu already open on my screen and I am selecting/salivating in anticipation.

Let's be honest, 1/2 of the experience is preparing oneself for the delishplotion.

Gruyere, Caramelized Onion, Fromage Blanc & Arugula Pizza

Pappardelle with Chantrelle Mushroom Shallot, White Wine, Creme Fraiche & Bread Crumb

Charred Brussels Sprouts with Dates, Bacon & Vinegar

Roasted Acorn Squash with Hazelnut Brown Butter & Rosemary Caramel
