FOUND:queens(NYC) and things

Meggy graciously met me at the airport tonight and we hit the ground walking.... It was such a luxury to be on autopilot and let her lead. The building they own in queens has the most fantasic fire station on their block I had to share!
Deets so far / in brief:
- gorgeous spacious studio apartment, large open layout, huge roofdeck with cityscape view, projector tv!, fabulous taste(fotos to come) the style I would describe as modern architectural blended with Chinese and old English tones, polished hardware and perfectly lit with vintage lightfixtures
- steak salad a la meg & cheese plate
-authentic gelato from around the corner*
- drink at the Campbell apt, to toast the trip with a glass of white alibash(sp?)
-grand central station teeming with st pattys day celebrators
